CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS GROUP CLASS
CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS is tailored for the age group of 6 to 16. Each session includes three parts: skill training, workout, and game. In each session, youngsters will learn different training drills to enhance their cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and balance. Light-weighted lifting training is also included to increase their capability and muscle strength on object control.
This is a 45 mins group class. Private classes can be arranged for group of 2 or more. Please contact us to reserve in advance.
